Earbuds not delivered
I am so disappointed. I took 2 A56 phones kn Contract that come with earbuds. Only 1 pair was delivered and the second 1 was said to be delivered the following week. 3 weeks later still no earbuds, no communication whatsoever. I have tried calling the Samsung consultant that assisted with the claim, she is not responding to my calls or Texts. I need assistance.

Earbuds not delivered
I am totally disappointed. I took two Samsung A56 phones which came with earbuds. Only 1 set of earbuds was delivered when I asked abouts the second 1, I was told it would be delivered the next week. 3 weeks later I still haven't received the earbuds, I am getting no assistance from the store and the Samsung consultant that assisted with the claim for the earbuds. They are not responding to my Texts or calls. I need urgent assistance.

It was a really great experience especially being a first time buyer. Sizo was my sales person and he was of really great help, he took me through the process step by step.
