My screen of my VW polo Vivo life broke a week ago, for the second time in less than 2 years. I bought my car brand new, it has less than 8 000km's on the clock. This makes me question the quality of VW. I am struggling alot to get them to install a new screen radio system. There are so many bad reviews and complaints on "Hello Peter " VW just don't care. They expect me to accept the offer of VW Wonderboom to fix my screen, it was VW Wonderboom who ""fixed ""my screen the first time, just for it to break again after a few months. I would give VW. MINUS( -) 10 starts if I could. How many cars have been recalled by VW SA because of faults ?
Is there a possibility I can give Gumtree South Africa MINUS stars? They keep on removing my post without any reason whatsoever, what would be the problem? Gumtree South Africa does not communicate whatsoever. Times wasters. Not worth trying to advertise on Gumtree
I bought a Brand New Volkswagen Polo Vivo, and just after about five months it already gave me trouble. The one day my screen in front(radio-screen) was working fine and the other day it just went black, and did not want to come on. I took the car to my nearest VW dealership to get it checked out, afterwards they refused to give me a printout on exactly what was wrong, why a brand new car is giving problems after just a few months of purchase despite the fact of me taking good car of it. I spoke to the person at the VW dealership asking him to ensure me that I will not encounter the same problem again, but he said he can not ensure me.I sent an email to support@vwconnect.co.za stating that I am highly unsatisfied about this, but they were not interested in helping me resolve the issue. The lady at support@vwconnect.co.za just stated that That's the reason there is a guarantee on the car for incase it gives trouble in the first few months of purchase. I have never heard of any brand new car of any other make that gives trouble just after a few months of purchase. How am I suppose to trust the car after it giving trouble so soon after purchase? Does this say something regarding the quality of my car? Why does the dealership not want to issue me a report on what went wrong with the screen? Am I suppose to recommend VW to friends and family after this? Is it recommended to also write a review on all social media platforms? I would give a MINUS stars for VW if it woul have been possible since the lady from support@vwconnect.co.za did not even try to accomodate me and resolving the issue
