In 2019 a sales person by the name of Bafana and dealer principal Hendrik sold a VW Polo 1.0 to me that had previously been involved in an accident, and this information regarding the accident was not disclosed to me. They mispresented the facts when they sold the car to me. Now I can't sell the car to WeBuyCars nor Whelee because they are saying they cannot buy this car because it has an accident report. Bafana and his manager Hendrik ****med me!!! All they cared about was to sell the car and make a profit. People my advice to you is that avoid Autohaus centurion at all cost if you want a genuine VW vehicle
I made an immediate payment to FNB account yesterday, and FNB never received this payment. I was told by TymeBank that there is a problem with PayShap and that's it! There hadn't been any resolution to my problem up to this point. Despite the immediate payment that didn't even go through, I still incurred a charge for it. I demand an immediate resolution to my problem!!!
I received an SMS from Sanlam on 17 March stating that my claim would be processed within 30 working days. It has now been beyond the 30 working days, and I have not receive payment nor any communication. Every time I follow up, I am told the same thing time and time again that the matter has been escalated and that I should follow up again in 2 or 3 working days. This is really really frustrating, it shows that Sanlam has no regard for its clients!! I want feedback on the status of my claim urgently.
