I paid in full to remove the flag on my name as I am under debt review. I still haven't received the help and you keep on giving me a run around telling me to get forms from prev debt counsellors why when they referred you to me... No feedback nothing from you regarding the progress and yet I fully paid in March 2025 but still nothing.
I won R2700 and when I am trying to withdraw it says my bank account is wrong yet it's correct. I therefore went on to their live chat, the robot is ***********. I went to on chat with an agent by the name of Thandi and she was also *********** she transferred me to a "relevant department" she said but I still haven't received any help. I also sent an email and no tangible feedback, only got the useless reply of we received your ticket. This is frustrating and poor service
I needed a clearance certificate. I was paying the fee in installments and was told after 20days after I finished paying I will get the clearance certificate but now they ignoring me on emails, WhatsApp. What do I have to do now to get this sorted
