Extremely bad service. I app**** for traveling insurance and paid online. They immediately sent me an SMS to advise that they emailed me the policy. I noticed that the email address is wrong. I have sent an email immediately advising them of the incorrect email. No response. I phoned. They gave a message and promise that i will receive my policy as i am almost on my way. Nothing. Phoned again. Their offices are closed for lunch. What do i need to do to get my travel insurance as i still need to provide this document for travel purposes?
I have been asking for a statement monthly but don't receive any! I spoke to Selindile on 26 September 2025 who promised to send me an updated statement as I need to see if all my payments are allocated. No reply to my emails sent to collections@rebinc.co.za. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Net Nine Nine, the worst company to do business!! They apparently don't do statement. I tried to change my banking details with them since March 2023. They still try to take a debit order from my old account. I have sent them numerous emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, but they still don't adhere to my request. I am scared if i terminate with them that they will still take debit orders from my old account. I am working on a TPFA system and the account can't be closed due to Net Nine Nine taking debit orders from this account.
