Disappointing Experience with LWP Real Estate Agent Adelaide
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Adelaide at LWP Real Estate Agent. We completed a cash transaction, but the transfer process was delayed for almost 3 months with no updates or communication from Adelaide. Despite our repeated inquiries, she provided little to no information about the status of the transfer, claiming the seller wasn't in a rush while we were eager to finalize the process. It's become clear that the delay was intentional, and we've been informed that the seller had secured another property and was in no hurry to vacate our purchased property. This blatant disregard for our time and investment is unacceptable. When we requested an occupational rental, she declined and promised to hand over the keys on registration. However, even after registration was completed, she cited the seller's non-availability as an excuse for not releasing the keys. What's more concerning is Adelaide's complete lack of communication. She ignored our texts and calls, leaving us stranded without updates or support. Given the circumstances, we're facing significant inconvenience and stress, having already moved out of our previous residence while waiting for the transfer to be completed. The lack of transparency and professionalism from Adelaide, coupled with the lengthy delay, has been unacceptable. I would strongly advise against working with LWP, especially with Adelaide, if you value a smooth and efficient transfer process. Her lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, and we regret choosing their services.

Very slow attorneys
Furie Nell, the conveyancer, operates at an extremely slow pace; were it possible to assign a rating below 1, I would do so. The entire transaction which is a cash transaction was sluggish and seemed intentionally prolonged, as the seller is trying to move to a new home. This urgency was not reflected in the Offer to Purchase, and now, after three months, the property remains unregistered. Despite my explanation of the urgency to relocate and my proposal for early occupancy, they declined that option as well. When I inquired about the delay in payment for the rate and tax clearance certificate, the sellers informed me that the seller is not in a hurry, which I find unprofessional; this has also resulted in a month-long delay.
