I purchased 10 trips for my son to go to school but apparently loaded the wrong zone. I tried making contact with Putco even left a note on their website but never heard anything back from them.
I received a voucher from my sister yesterday. I tried collecting the voucher today at around 12:30 but it said that the voucher has already been redeemed. I went to Pep to enquire, and they couldn't help. I searched the net and found someone who went through the same issue and reported on this plat form. I am hoping to receive the same assistance as this money was supposed to be used for my son's transport. I am very unhappy with this service as I am unnecessarily stranded.
