My account has been open over a year even though it was paid and settled in full in February of 2025. Lendplus refuses to close the account because they have stated that LGR hasn't sent the payment file through and they need that to close it. I have spoken to LGR and they informed me today that they have sent the payment file through. Please check if the file has been received and if the account has been closed now.
I have a lendplus account that was paid in February of 2025 yet remains open on my credit reports. LGR confirmed payment was received and gave me the settlement letter. However lendplus demands that LGR sends them the payment file in order for the account to be closed. I have sent proof of payment as well as the settlement letter but lendplus is refusing to close the account because they are stating that LGR did not send through the payment file to them. Please speak to lendplus and send the payment file because I have sent it numerous times and they are refusing to close it. LGR has informed me that payment was received and the account is closed on their side. However lendplus is demanding that LGR sends the payment file through to them because they are stating nothing was received on their side. Please can someone send the information needed through to them. I have sent the settlement letter numerous times but they are refusing to close the account until LGR provides the payment file. I have sent through an email to you and lendplus as well explaining the issue. My ID number is the subject line.
I have a lendplus account that is open for over a year. I have paid it in full in February of 2025 and received a settlement letter from LGR stating the account was closed. They told me to speak to lendplus who then sent me to experian who then sent me to LGR and then back to lendplus and then to vvm and now back to LGR. Lendplus is now telling me to ask LGR to provide them with the proof of payment/settlement letter stating that the account has been closed because they state that they have not received anything from you. I am tired of running around over a year for an account that was paid in February of 2025. Please check your system and provide the necessary documentation as a matter of urgency. I have an issue with my account showing as open when payment was made. I did submit all the necessary documents including a letter from LGR stating it has been paid and closed to the collections@lendplus email address. My matter was being investigated and lendplus was waiting for LGR to respond to them. Please can someone advise me if this matter has any updates because this account has been open for over a year now.

Hi, I have an account that has been open on my credit report for over a year, even though it was fully paid off in February last year. I have a settlement letter from LGR Lendplus confirming that the account has been paid in full, and Lendplus has also confirmed this via email. However, the account still appears as open on my credit report. I have already spoken to Experian, and they informed me that the credit bureau closed the account on their side. They advised that Lendplus needs to correct the reporting on their system because it is being updated every month and overriding the correction, causing the account to show as open again. Please could someone contact me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have tried calling and emailing several times but have not received assistance.
