Service from EcoHub was quick, easy and fantastic!! I ordered on a Tuesday night and received my order on the Friday morning - speedy delivery, as the order was processed on the Wednesday morning and the appliance was in perfect working order on arrival. The Daikin MC55W Air Purifier is fantastic and I really like the fact that you only have to replace the HEPA filter in about 10 years - this doesn't mean you don't have to clean the filters, but replacement is not as other purifiers that require a new filter every 6 months. Great appliance and cleans the air really well, removing all particles and odours from the air. I can definitely recommend purchasing something through EcoHub and also the Daikin Air Purifier.
My dad's Sony Xperia Z3 Compact gave problems over last weekend and he took it back to the MTN Service Provider shop in Kempton Park from where he originally got the phone.<br> <br> The staff at the shop took my dad's sim card out and just left the sim card lying on the counter. With this they lost the sim card \tray\" that fits into the phone, leaving my dad's phone unusable. If my dad didn't take his sim card from the counter himself it would've been lost as well.<br> <br> My dad had to go back every afternoon this week after empty promises that they \"might\" find him another sim card \"tray\" so that he can use his phone again. Mentioning he will have to put a complaint on Hello Peter, the staff member replied: \"Then I'll be rid of you.\"<br> <br> Is this the future of MTN's service and staff attitudes towards customers, especially older clients that has been with MTN for years? If this is the case the time has come to maybe start exploring other service providers and taking away all 3 mobile numbers on our account with MTN.<br> <br> In essence my dad's phone is now useless until the MTN shop staff can one day supply him with a new sim card \"tray\"."
I bought a set of Pull lights that were faulty at the Nicolway store. When I took he lights back on Thursday for an exchange, the Regional Manager, Claire Kennedy, was at the Nicolways store.<br> <br> The Nicolway store didn't have the color of lights I had, but she phoned the East Rand Mall store to find me a set of lights and ask them to keep it for me. When I picked the lights up on Saturday, the East Rand store told me that Claire even phoned them on Friday to double check that they were keeping the lights for me.<br> <br> Thanks, Claire, for your effort and professional treatment of your customers. This is truly exceptional service and a great way to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work!!
