I ordered a Coffee table Makro online on the 12/04/2025 then on the 24/04/2025 i received an email from Makro informing me that the item was out of stock and that i would receive a refund within 2 to 10 working days. However, when I followed up on the 09/05/2025,I was told to submit a bank confirmation letter, bank statement and copy of my ID which I did immediately.Today,19/05/2025 i contacted customer service again and was informed that my documents have not yet reached the head office,this is completely unacceptable and this delay its frustrating me as it has been over a month since I placed the order and have not yet recieve my refund. I’m extremely disappointed with the way my refund request has been handled,Makro online’s refund is clearly inefficient.
