I contacted DSTV regarding the slow internet connectivity. The gentleman who assisted me suggested that I should switch it off, take out the sim card and insert it again, switch on the router and reset it. I've done this more than 3 times and still the internet is slow. When I contacted them for the second time the agent told me the same thing and suggested I should move the router to a different location in the house. I did that and it didn't assist. I called for a third time( already annoyed) and they now asked me to take the router to DSTV office for testing. I got to the office and it was closed without any notice. As it is now, I paid for a service that I'm not using.
I'm going through a bad experience with Pay just now, not only are they dishonest by adhering to their terms but they are also very slow with resolving complaints. I bought a few items at one of their partners instead of offering me the 3 months payment option, they deducted the full amount from my bank account . They have not responded to the email that was sent by the store manager and really frustrating! Please refund my money now!!!
I recently bought a 2023 Renault Kiger at Morgan Nissan Upington. At 19000km I didnt think it would have any problem but the car makes an unpleasant symphonic noise when reversing. I took it back a week after I bought it and the dealership told me that the noise is standard with the year model and that it goes away after some time. I have the car for 2 months now and the noise is still there. Please advise on what I should do next.
