I just want to say thank you for the amazing service I received from Ameerah this Saturday morning. Her friendliness and patience didn't falter one bit with me with my new account and she was just overall so exceptionally helpful 🫶🏼
Good day I have a account with TFG, I did not have work for the last 3 months and even in this time I manage to pay my account in full except for the last month which was end of October I only pay a part of my instalment. TFG consultants start phoning me everyday and even more than once a day. I explained to them that I was without a job and I only manage to pay a part of my instalment for the last month (October 2025) I also explained to several of them that I started a new job now and will be able to start paying again the full instalment and also that for them phoning me daily even more than once while in a training period that they really is making it very difficult at my new job. I also phoned them in the beginning of September to make an arrangement concerning the part payment that was made and my reasons which i was told that they do not make payment arrangements. This is the first company that i heard off that cant make a arrangement while there is a valid reason for. This morning again a consultant phoned and i told her that I explained my story to many previous service consultants, I phoned making or try making a arrangement and I am at work and cant speak, she then very unprofessional and arrogant start laughing and end the call. For a company this big this is really very unprofessional and for them not be able that there are circumstances from time to time and tell clients that they do not make arrangements is absolutely absurd even after I did still try to make a sort of payment .
If you were looking for a sign, THIS. IS. IT! I had such a wonderful journey with Red and Yellow and will forever be recommending them!! The schedule was considrate towards working persons and yet still strict enough for fellow procrastinators👀 The assignments were full of knowledge and one hell of a lot of fun. Chantelle Arpesella was our excellent tutor and I truly enjoyed every virtual meeting with her and her wit if I may add😁 Fadlar was our course coordinator and never missed a beat with any single questions I had, I am truly grateful to have been a part of this team, you will NOT regret one second if you choose Red & Yellow!!
Starting from the top, I opened a RCS account solely for the purpose of purchasing something from cotton on online for a birthday present. Seeing that the card I got in store from game had no cover or expiry date so I couldn't place the order, I then phoned RCS to help me sort this out, I was then told to download the RCS app and proceed with a digital card. I downloaded the app which didn't take my details, not to register, sign up, forget password and and and. I phoned them again and i dont know who i spoke to was sarcastic and rude and just told me i have to wait 5 days before trying to log in again, I waited and tried again and still didnt get through in the app. I then phoned RCS once again which they told me is an IT issue and they'll phone me back in 2 hours which of course never happened so I phoned them again, only for the last person to tell me, they don't know what's wrong with the system, IT has been working on a problem for over a month (how is this acceptable towards clients) and that cotton on is no longer a member of the RCS group. Considering all of this happened in the span of a month. Trying to get answers and just someone to actually help me. I am so utterly upset with the process, the service and just opening up an account with them was just the biggest mistake ever because they clearly do not give a damn about their clients!
