Disappointed outcome !!far from what was promised teeth still so discoloured
Colleen is a lovely lady but after two sessions my teeth look nothing worth 4000 I paid in cash,my front teeth are yellow I think she confused her bleach she used because it looked better after the first session,she is very hard with her tools she hit every nerve of my teeth it was the most excruciating pain iv ever experienced,I am a single mother and gave her cash for the application I was unhappy and asked for a refund of atleast half so I could have it done somewhere else she refuses to refund me and asks for me to come back to her although my experience was so painful and unbearable I don’t think I can take that pain again ,the cleaning and fixing chips on my teeth were done badly my teeth don’t look the same my front teeth are now thick and don’t look like my original shape .i don’t know what to do I’m very disappointed ☹️ she promised white teeth after one application which means this is false advertising iv been there twice and the results are terrible my fronts are yellow and patchy and I paid a lot of money for me it was a huge mistake and Big Hole in my pocket she refuses to give me even half back ?it cost me 500 rand alone just to get to her as I’m from Pretoria now she wants me to come back there for a 3rd round it seems as if she had used a different bleach on me because it looks more discoloured and I’m so unhappy I don’t know what to do at this point as I’m so frustrated,she’s a lovely person but she needs to be considerate of her clients and their needs and wants as it’s our money and advertising that seemed very convincing,I guess I was the unlucky one but my plea needs to be heard and I want a refund I’m not going through that pain again ,I want my cash back !!I work hard for my money ,you didn’t give me what you advertised not even close I’m sorry 😔

Lethargic staff members,far from excellent customer service.
Hi there this is specifically for IRENE MALL centurion Foshini ,it isn’t a very busy store at all but everytime I go there there’s always something wrong with systems or a mouse not working for pc .they are very relaxed and slow to help customers definitely not excellent customer service there the one till at perfume counter is never working .i paid my acc yesterday and nothing is reflecting on acc till now 24 hours later balance is the same . Service is awful training and customer attics really need major improvement it’s really poor much needed training for staff please .they don’t even acknowledge customers as you approach the tills not all employees but mostly ones in management roles iv noticed don’t even greet until help is needed from them .Atleast just smile and be welcoming .love your job and we will love coming to your store as well I go there because it’s closer to home but believe me I don’t really like the experience because I know it’s not going to be pleasant. Training and more training please Centurion mall is a much better foshini to visit and people look more enthusiastic to help and assist ,pleasant smiles and eager to assist in good time and efficiency.
