I’ve always trusted Bennetts Baby Bum Cream and have used it faithfully with great results — until now. I recently bought a new tub, and to my surprise, it just didn’t work the way it used to. My baby developed a bad nappy rash, and despite using the entire tub, there was no improvement at all. This is really disappointing, especially coming from a brand I’ve always re**** on. It makes me question if the formula has changed or if I received a bad batch. When your baby is in pain, you need a product you can trust — and unfortunately, this time Bennetts didn’t deliver. I truly hope the company looks into this, because loyal customers like myself are left frustrated, out of pocket, and still searching for relief for our little ones.
I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken as a mother. My baby’s bum has been badly burnt from using Huggies nappies, and we are now going into week 3 of trying to get the skin healed. It's been a painful and emotional journey seeing my little one in such discomfort. We trusted this brand, but it has let us down badly. The nappies seem to trap too much moisture or cause some reaction, and the result is a rash so severe it's now a burn. We've had to switch to more expensive creams and alternative products just to help with healing, and frankly, we can't afford it. Nappies are already expensive, and this added cost is placing a real financial strain on us. Parents need to be aware of what’s happening. I’m not the only one experiencing this, and something needs to change. Babies deserve better protection and comfort, and parents deserve peace of mind.
I am extremely frustrated with IntelliCell. I placed an order for a cellphone and specifically asked the sales agent if the phone would be delivered before the debit order goes off. He assured me that delivery would happen within 7 days. Well, it’s been longer than that, the phone has not been delivered, and now they are planning to debit my account tomorrow! How can you debit someone for a product that hasn't even been delivered? This is completely ********* and unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I called to cancel, they had the audacity to tell me there would be a cancellation fee — even though the application process was not even completed! How is that fair or legal? This feels like a ****. I demand that: My application be cancelled immediately. No debit goes off from my account. I am not charged a cent for anything. If this is not resolved urgently, I will take this further and report this to the relevant consumer protection bodies.
