⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the experience This was my second time staying at City Club, and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. I arrived at 3:00 PM for check-in, but the room wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes with no real apology. When I mentioned that I’d like to make up for the time being wasted, the staff just laughed in my face , which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Their excuse was that they didn’t have enough washing machines to clean the linens, which honestly sounds ridiculous for a hotel of this size. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before, and I doubt I’ll be returning.
I recently made a payment via the Bash app to settle my account, only to find that the money was deducted from my bank but did not reflect on my side. However, Bash insists that have not received the payment, yet they refuse to acknowledge my proof of payment or assist in resolving the issue. Despite multiple attempts to get support, I’ve been met with little to no real assistance. The lack of accountability and customer service is extremely disappointing. A payment issue like this should be handled with urgency, yet I’ve been left in the dark with no clear resolution. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when making payments through the Bash app, as their system seems unreliable, and their support team is unhelpful when issues arise.
