Excellent service
Always an amazing experience at Nando’s George! The customer service is outstanding — the staff are friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything is perfect. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, just what you expect from Nando’s. The atmosphere is great and the service is quick without feeling rushed. Definitely a place I’d happily return to and recommend to others!

Unpleasant visit
We had a very disappointing experience at Mozambik Restaurant in Mossel Bay on the 21/12/2025. Despite waiting around 30 minutes for our food, it was served cold. This was especially frustrating as we are regular customers and expect a better standard. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below what we’ve come to expect from the restaurant.

Poor customer service
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at iStore George. My application was declined due to an agreement and supporting documents that were supposedly not attached, yet iStore was unable to provide me with a clear reason or explanation. As a result, I had to personally contact all the third parties involved just to find out why the application was declined. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

Pathetic Sevice Delivery
The customer service at Lanline is pathetic. I opted in for their fibre package, but have not received a rooter yet and my household is currently without internet coverage. When selling their product I was guaranteed that this would not occur. The only person that seems to call me back is the switchboard operator. I have to incur additional expenses not budgeted for, due to their lack of service delivery. I am disgusted in your service.
