About six months ago I went to NHLS to do a paternity test which I was advised that it would take six weeks. After payment was made and the test was done the nurse was assisting me told me that I should expect the results back in six months that was not shared with me and the nurse said that they were they had a backlog. I was furious but I know I knew I did not have an option so I waited it's been six months now and when I call to find out when I should be expecting the results I am told that the results takes 3 to 9 months and I must just wait but I cannot wait and not know when I will get the results not knowing the specific dates so when I'm trying to call I get pushed that I get given a number that there is never answered so now bare in mind that this is a baby on the line which is way expecting results so that's his life can continue
I made a claim in March for my cellphone screen to be repaired and after it took them months to provide feedback for claim, I had to put a review here on hello peter before my claim could be approved after 3 months. It has now been approved, and I awaited assessment of the phone before I could get the excess amount which was different to the contract detail that I had signed for when I took the cover. I paid excess on the 21st and every time I call in, they say my phone is still awaiting repairs and no communication is shared I have to call everyday with no turnaround time given
I sent my phone in for repairs on 2025/03/19 and it is still yet to be repaired. I have not even got the access amount I have to pay. Every time I call them they say they are still awaiting feedback I will receive a call back after 24hrs. I call in after every second day and I am told the same thing. My phone has been with them for the past 2 months and I am still paying for this phone contract and insurance
