I would like to lay a complaint against Dr Nabeel Moosa Orthopaedic surgeon, my niece was injured at work and she was referred to a hospital by employer, they took her to X-ray and later was referred to Dr Moosa for further assistance, he did not attend the matter to the best of his ability he just gave her medication and said that her pinky toe will heel on its on and at the point the X-ray was showing that it is broken, he send her home and it's been weeks now the whole leg has turned grey swollen and smelly, she was refered back to the hospital today, the first thing doctor said -*what are you doing here you should be at work and you are not the first person to be injured and I will no longer be attending your case* the whole qualified doctor saying that to an injured patient, I was in disbelief hearing those words, luckily you still have good doctors who still remember the oath they took in helping their patients, I'll forever be grateful to the wound cleaning department for assisting her, as a family we are scared that it might get infections whereas If doctor Moosa took this as urgent and did not undermine Amukelani Maziba we wouldn't be here today, hope you take this matter serious.
I can't believe thati have a query again regarding lewis services, I had query that they resolved and now they are creating another query for , there is an arrangement in place to debit the account on the 29th August has gone off but today, lewis staff from Palm spring decided to come to our house today harassing us about the payment, Four people came to my house including whites and left my mother traumatized, I want to know why there were in my house and if there are issues why are they not calling instead of behaving so unprofessional, I really do not appreciate this may this problem be resolved immediately.
Good day I'm so angry and disappointed with the way lewis is handling my query, the manner that they address me has shown how they are so *********** in resolving issues. I hope someone one will be able to understand and resolve my query to my satisfaction, I am paying two subs 400.00 each via debit order they have been debiting from last year October, this year I got a call that my debit order are returning unpaid I immediately told them it's impossible since debit order was going off, I went to Palm springs mall lewis store with my bank statement they saw that money is debited however it is not updated into the account they are only receiving payment for one Sub. They ask me to contact head office and I send them bank statement, in March I got a call from head office saying the same thing debit is going off but they not receiving funds, I told them to resolve matter as it was not my fault then later I was told matter is resolved payment has been allocated manually into the other sub and account is settle and closed. To my surprise in April they debited twice again luckily there were no funds however ai have accumulated bank charges 105.00 on each sub I contacted head office and I was advised that they did not try to debit twice as the other sub is closed, this month same thing happened I have send statement, and I got a call from shantall she did not want to listen to my query I started screening and shouting and requested to speak to a manager, later I got a call from the Manager saying that she listen to the call and I was very rude to a consultant and that's not how I should address matter with the same attitude that the consultant gave me, for the sake of my query ai decided to come down but wow clearly I'm speaking to rocks none of them understand my query they insist that they are not debiting twice it's just a second attempt for the same debit order, clearly the manager is also clueless she asked for my statement said she will get back to me, my issue now even if she get to me she won't be able to revolve this issue that I'm currently having and a lewis cannot continue debiting twice whether there is funds or not cause old account is already closed mangers name Shamama Jacobus and consultant name Shantel please resolve this matter immediately before I take it further more.
