I have had one of the worst customer service experiences with MetroFibre. From the beginning—during the installation process—I was sent from pillar to post, made multiple calls, and wasted so much of my own airtime. It took five frustrating calls before someone eventually helped me. After completing the installation and first month’s payment, I requested to be placed on a debit order. Guess what? The same nightmare all over again. I was passed around between agents, left on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, and still got no clear help. Their customer service is beyond poor. Each time you call, you wait forever only to be transferred again and again with no resolution in sight. I’ve had enough. I’m already in the process of moving to a new service provider, and my advice to anyone considering MetroFibre is simple: RUN AWAY. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. MetroFibre does not value its customers.
I purchased a Serta Asher Queen Bed Base Set from Bradlows Midrand on 15 May 2025, and it was delivered on 17 May. Within 10 days, the bed base began making loud, irritating squeaking noises. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to offer premium quality and comfort. Despite raising this issue, I have not received a proper resolution. For a product to start falling apart in less than a month is both disappointing and infuriating. I expected so much more from Serta – instead, I’m stuck with a noisy, faulty bed and poor after-sales support. I will never purchase from Serta again and would advise others to think twice before trusting the so-called "quality" of this brand.
