I am extremely disappointed and angry at the unprofessional manner in which my insurance claim was handled by Mobalyz (formerly known as SA Taxi). Despite my clear and repeated objections to Refiloe Tlobatla about towing my vehicle to N2 Panelbeaters in Mthatha, she insisted it be sent there. I had valid concerns about the security and reliability of the location — and unfortunately, my worst fears have now come true. Major components were ****** from my vehicle while it was in their custody, including: The starter Both brake calipers The battery Battery terminals This is in addition to earlier items that were discovered missing — which also took Mobalyz an unreasonably long time to acknowledge and act on. To make matters worse, after forcing us to accept the vehicle being sent to Mthatha, Refiloe is now refusing to assist with the consequences of that decision. This is both unacceptable and unprofessional. I am appalled by the lack of accountability, the slow response time, and the complete disregard for our concerns and losses. We’ve been left with a stripped vehicle and no proper support or resolution from Mobalyz. I am calling on Guardrisk to urgently intervene in this matter and ensure that this is sorted out. We cannot continue to suffer for the negligence and poor decision-making of those handling our claim. This has affected our livelihood, our trust, and our faith in your brand.
