The wisest advice I can give. Is not to play silversands casino, the games are poor, there payouts take far too long. And money goes out your bank account and not onto the game, and between them and your bank they do not get this matter sorted out. You can't use your comp points, you most times loose the deposit bonuses because their system glitches. They come up with really unsatisfactory responses. I have deactivated my account and will never consider them again. They should be audited and they should be well inspected if in fact they are operating within the legal gambling process.
FNB reversed the R425 incorrect charge on my account regarding their mistake in allowing a debit order to go without enough funds. I am waiting since 4th June for them to reverse R25 bank fee incorrectly charged on my account for a interim statement I did not request. Every day they told me I must wait until this Monday yesterday I asked and I was told it's still pending now an agent tells me it's declined because I did not get in touch with them. This is all lies I am tired of them, that R25 is to be reversed
On 1st June 2025 fnb allowed a debit order which I have in dispute to go off my aspire debit account with the funds not being in my bank account. Then it being a Saturday I went and deposited R730 cash, on 1st june at pick and pay, because all of fnb atm were unable to do a cash deposit. I logged into my bank account and the R730 cash went into my account covering the debit order, which again how can fnb allow anyone to take money out an account with insufficient funds there is no overdraft. Then fnb took this cash out my bank account and when I woke up on the 2nd of June there was a R425 bank charge for insufficient funds. The bank first tries to tell me that charge is because of shopping at shops and there were no funds, ****s, they defaulted on allowing a debit order to go off my bank account with insufficient funds and now try to cover this up. After all this I had to deposit a further R395 to cover this negative that I my account went into again. And at their convenience this nonsense gets reference and I the customer treated poorly at a reputable bank must wait 48hrs.as though I have this money lying around to be taken by my bank. I am very disappointed and wish no longer to deal with fnb, once this matter is resolved I will close this account. As they did a very similar thing a while back. More than 10 people could not help me resolve this matter today. No manager is notified and even one inside the bank proceeded to tell me they cannot assist. How can FNB reverse my R730 cash deposit reflecting on my bank Then try lie to me and charge R425 calling it insufficient funds when shopping at a bottle store and a shop This nonsense R425 bank change now being reversed as they say, is them taking my cash deposit out my account then leaving my account to go into a negative The greater question here FNB you owe my R730 R425 and the R395 I deposited into this account today as you let it go into arrears again Who are you allowing anyone to debit my account when the funds were not there I left R300 in the account for my monthly charge to go off Your online people are not trained to assist and 8 cut the chat and put me through to another assistant. Out of 10 assistants it took to get the 2 references for my deposit and incorrect bank charge. Resolve it asap
