we usually get delivered by this courier everytime our supplier couriers something, we ordered with our supplier for an order, on the 10th of Feb at 08:25, the order was dispatched and we waited the whole day for the order, it usually arrives before 13:00 but this time it didn't. We called the courier guys, they took us from pillar to post about our order, then they told us they do not deliver where we do business whereas they always deliver to us all the time. The package was taken by one of the drivers and never got it delivered, now we have to take one of our workers to go collect the package because the drivers cannot seem to do their job. Our business is on hold because of this, WE CANNOT ACCEPT THIS!!!!!
i have been extremely dissapointed with Sage's handling our subscription cancellation. Despite attempting to cancel our service since June, we continue to be debited for charges related to the cancelled subscription. We have been requesting a letter for confirmation of cancellation. It's unacceptable that these issues persist with no resolution in sight. Sage's failure to process our cancellation but are still awaiting resolution. Their service falls short on basic customer expectations regarding cancellations and communication. Until, they address these shortcomings, I cannot recommend their services for anyone valuing good customer service.
Good Day we have been trying to cancel our contract with Matrix since 2023. They said that it is impossible to cancel =in November, we have to cancel before end of contract. We continued with them in 2024 then we kept sending emails of cancellation from August till November. They took us from pillar to post. We kept on calling but they ended up dropping calls. They keopt on billing us for a car we sold a long time ago and we told them about the cancellation but still it was never done. We called again on April about the bill they sent when they are billing us for a car that we sold and cancelled a long time ago, we told them that we have been sending emails, but they said they can't find anything from their side, while others have seen the cancellation emails. i called in May again and spoke one of the consultants, and she was actually rude to me when i explained to her the situation we have. and she never actually help me but took me from pillar to post, she ended up dropping the call and said the cancellation will call back and assist us on the 5th of June, we called again regarding the billing they sent us, they they said to us that we cancelled in April 2025 whilst we kept on cancelling from 2023 and they said that we have to settle the amount. We have been trying everything in order to cancel but no action has been taken since we get billed every month for a car we cancelled i hope our concerns are attended thank you
