Amazing service.
Stores are generally helpful when you are in the 'buying" stage, but the after purchase service was exceptional. Phumeza Gcwabe, the store manager at the Springfield branch, was just amazing. Friendly, polite, approachable. I am not one to give reviews, but this one was well deserved. Thank you.

Impossible to Cancel contract
How hard can it be to cancel a contract????? Vodacom has no problem calling you to sell you more but when you want to cancel a contract you have to jump through so many hoops and still get nowhere. 100s of stores all over the place yet you cannot go into a store to cancel what they sell you. Absolutely ridiculous
