deducted money from my account and can not speak to anybody about it they say its a debiecheck and my bank capitec can not reverse the debit order

Non refund by Bolt
I booked a ride with bolt they never came and deducted that money from my account which has never refunded I have sent lots of messages and keep saying they can't send me proof of payment it has been one and a half months now and still get the same answer
