Awesome service as always
I had to claim for a pair of bifocal glasses. Yet again superb service from Outsurance! 36 hours, done and dusted. I have never had an issue when claiming from Outsurance, never declined or questioned a claim. But they are only valid claims anyway so no reason for them to dispute them. But the speed and professionalism is awesome!!!!

Excellent at giving great advice and assidtance
This is a company that is willing to invest time helping a newbie artist on which products to buy or not to buy (not only recommending the most expensive products either!!!). Extremely l patient and good follow up by customer service #blackfriday

Fantastic service as usual
Fantastic service as usual. Very prompt call back and the assistance was helpful, professional and solved my query immediately! I did not have to hold on and wait to be put through to someone else. Very knowledgeable and could make the decisions required. I have been with outsurance for about 20 years and no intention of changing. I can highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Fantastic service and very professional
Fantastic service, helping a newbie that has no clue. Extremely patient and very knowledgeable. My parcel arrived the same day and was perfectly packaged into the specific crafts that I would be using the materials for, truly above and beyond. And their prices are excellent, I certainly did my research and no other company came close, across the board with everything that I ordered. And free delivery if you spend above R700. I can truly recommend this company to anyone who is using paints and associated supplies!!
