The one star rating is a blessing. The service is appalling. I ordered food 2 and a half hours ago. I still haven't received it. There is no update and when you call, the phone goes straight to voicemail or is unanswered. They should just close down if they are not in the customer service business. Lowlifes!
Xtend Fibre is an absolute travesty of an ISP, and their so-called “service” is a slap in the face to every customer unfortunate enough to sign up with them. I’m in Fleurhof, and for TWO DAYS straight, I’ve been left without internet because they decided to cut my connection out of nowhere. No heads-up, no courtesy call, no email—just pure chaos and disrespect. It’s been 48 hours of dead silence, and I’m still sitting here with no resolution in sight.To add insult to injury, Xtend Fibre clearly doesn’t bother checking references on the (POP) submissions, which is why my connection was severed without a shred of explanation. This isn’t just poor service; it’s gross incompetence that borders on sabotage. How does a company this reckless even operate?Their customer service? Non-existent. I’ve called repeatedly, sent emails, and chased them like I’m begging for s****s, but Xtend Fibre can’t be bothered to pick up the phone or respond to a single query. It’s like they’ve ghosted an entire suburb. The lines are either dead or you’re trapped in an endless loop of hold music that could drive anyone to madness.This company’s arrogance and utter disregard for their customers is infuriating. Leaving Fleurhof residents high and dry for days without a word of accountability is unforgivable. Xtend Fibre is a nightmare ISP that doesn’t deserve a single cent of your money. Save yourself the rage and avoid them like the plague.Would you recommend?: No. I’d rather go back to dial-up than deal with this disaster again.
