This establishment is completely in a shambles! I paid for my FFC certificate in July 2025 and I STILL don't have a physical copy of my certificate! Been there a good few times and regularly reach out to them for assistance but the system is permanently offline! Why can they not just email the certificate directly to you when it's ready? How absolutely pathetic - its like a government department - the level of service is non-existent!!! Pathetic!
I have been struggling for 8 years to get maintenance out of the father of my child. I FINALLY got an order granted at the court which instructed Capitec Bank to allow payments into his Capitec Account and then have them tranferred to my account to the tune of R160k. They took 5 days to even put the order in place (he is a gambler and withdraws up to R10k a day in cash) and then they messed up the order by putting a full stop on all transaction on his account - leaving me in even more debt with extra stress and NO MONEY! Capitec Legal Department is hidden away from the public and you are unable to have a steady flow of communication with them - absolutely useless! And clearly they cannot read orders properly.
I had a friend in the UK send me R6,300 from the Uk to my FNB account via Xoom - I received an email and a text message 2 days ago and the money has disappeared? FNB have no records of it - nobody can help me! Xoom only uses robots - there is no actual person you can speak to about the query. FNB are useless too!!! I have spent hours and hours atthe bank and on the phone to them
