I ordered at 99rands.co.za store , 7 items but my orders came incomplete , missing item is described below: Daling DL-3029 Hair Dryer 3200W My order was delivered by RAM couriers. I tried getting hold of both the store and courier company but no assistance, I’m being ignored and my calls gets dropped by both of these people. I want my hairdryer or my money back Their number online is 031 266 1144
I made a call with the intentions of upgrading my contract with Telkom , because data was not sufficient for my personal needs. A lady assisted me from selldirect , Telkom told me it was selldirect online agent . The agent created another account instead of upgrading my existing account and she told me I’ll receive a new simcard to rica and I can discard the old one . Now Telkom wants me to pay a cancellation fee for a second account created faulty by the online agent apparently from sellsdirect as “they say “. Now I’m paying for 2 accounts unknowingly I just found out 4 days ago because I had complained about high monthly installment. I’m very frustrated and they put all the blame on me I’m disappointed with Telkom customer service. Kindly assist with this matter because it very inconvenient for me financially
