on the 27th September 2023 i had a stop order for a certain amount taken off my account by Vodacom. What is concerning is i dont and have never had any account or dealings with Vodacom. Whats concerning is how do they have my back details and how they allowed this ******* transaction to go through. I mailed their ***** division 29 Sept 2023 and sent all the necessary documents for them to investigate. They rep**** with a ref -number and stated i will get a response within days. Its is now 18 October 2023 and still no response. Another concern is if a not stop order goes through. Please may i have an update on whats going on and will i be reimbursed for your error. I signed up for Rain Internet a while back ,and things were great in the beginning , its been a few months now and i been having lost connection issues , then no connection issues. When i log on to see what tower i am connected to , its states i am logged on to a 4g tower but i am paying for 5g. This is fauls adverti*****t. I have logged 2 calls ref 3308365 3405783 and still no response. i have loss of income due to this. not happy will be cancelling soon
I Entered a competition on Facebook to win a Weber 57cm braai , 6 bags of briquettes , 3 packs firelighters.i was very lucky enough to win. I gave my address details on 23 Sept 2019 and i am still waiting for my prize. there are messages and voice recordings of promises been made of the delivery but nothing has been received as yet today is 29 Oct 2019 i am still waiting. i am so looking forward to recieving my prize but but if you say you going to deliver you need to stick to it Please can you assist , this letter is my last resort Thank you David
