With all the negative reviews on this website, I’m astounded that Tudortech haven’t upped their game. So is this their “modus operandi”? I had my Dyson fan collected in April. Then ZERO communication. Many, many emails later from me, an exasperated phone call and finally I was given a way forward - I had to pay for the repair. I paid that night and asked for confirmation that funds have been received and a timeline for repair. We’re back to completely ignoring my emails. Just zero response. I am beyond frustrated with the very poor levels of service. Can you not even try to do better???? Especially with all these negative reviews all saying the same thing - you do not communicate!
