Panel follow up
This site has been working well all this years but since from past year when they started to upgrade to a new site then things started to be different now i am even unable to access the site and i have points in my account so i don't know what is happening or what will be the solution to get my points and claim a reward .

This is a **** i was once made to believe that i will make money and they **** to me that i don't have to deposit any money then after few tasks their platform started to request money i lost about R1500 and never received any cent and now i they recruited me again i pretended like i don't know anything they said i don't have to deposit any money as they always lure people to lie i worked for someone and transferred the money to my mall account then once the money reached R2000 their system block 🚫 more transfers that is when they say you must complete 10 tasks to activate your account then it will stuck when 4 tasks are that is where you should deposit money to all the tasks and the entire amount to complete all the tasks must be R10,000

I have been with this online survey platform for a very long time now and it has been good but until few months back when they upgraded their website to a new one is now just a horrible place altogether i have points i can't claim any reward because in the website no rewards appears and in the app it just makes errors and no one respond emails is better they close it once because there so useless

I have had a bad experience with the old site but since they have upgraded to a new site recently my experience is so good i receive more surveys often almost 2-3 times per week and i have claimed shoprite/checkers yesterday and it was processed just after some hours am happy what is still a concern is the vouchers they take long time to be available they must fix this issue and i contact them after the August online focus group where the incentive was mentioned as cash but only to find out later that it was only points which was offered and the person respond was that the reason they had removed the cash reward was that there were some *****ulent accounts claiming cash 💸 its understandable but they promised to come up with another method to make the cash incentives to be available i hope they will do as promised .

This company mdi-global run online surveys using an app called Refreshme which offer a drink diary surveys which run for 7 days and they pay R150 upon completion payments are processed every after 2 weeks so now they have delayed payments morethan 3 months now and they don't communicate with us as participants for me personally i have now done 3 drink diaries and 1 none drink diary survey the accumulated money is R570 which they must pay me but up until now they haven't paid me this people are using us
