After making me wait 8 days to resolve my issue, now they want to make me wait 14 days for my money but 24 hrs for a cash back. I don’t want to shop with you people anymore.
Mon, 23 Jun ‘25, I tried to make an online purchase on their website. The website came back with “order unsuccessful” but money was deducted from my account. The next morning, I reported this and was given a reference # and told “wait 24/48 hours for feedback”. The time lapsed and still no feedback. I contacted back via their X page and was told “matter has been escalated and waiting on IT for feedback”. Today is the 1st of July 2025, to this day and in-between, I’ve been the one calling them and everytime I called, I’ll be told “Escalated to IT, waiting on Feedback!”. Yesterday I called and asked for a supervisor, Vuyo or something similar, and I could hear him in the back saying “well there isn’t feedback”. And when he spoke to me, repeating the same thing, he added that “well we’ve been having website problems since Mon 23, and we have a 1000 other complaints. We cannot just focus on yours.” Mind you, this person has even recognized my specific “order” and told me that they waiting on IT to tell us when they have placed your order. I specifically told him that I don’t want those items anymore. I want my money. And this has been communicated throughout my conversations whether on the phone or on X. And he said he’ll have feedback for me either later yesterday or today early. I sit here, typing thing, I’ve had no feedback or my money back. Why is Clicks making it my issue that they have “1000 more complaints” or that their website crashed? I just want my money back. Why is it so hard to refund me my money back!!!!!
