Very Happy
I purchased an Ingco 328-piece tool cart from Northern Bolt and Tools, and overall I had a very positive experience. The delivery was fast, and before shipping, Northern Bolt contacted me to inform me that three tools were missing from the cart. They clearly explained the situation and gave me two options: • ship the tool cart immediately and send the missing tools later once they received them from Ingco, or • wait until the tool cart was complete before shipping. Since I needed the cart right away and the missing tools were not urgent for me, I chose to have it shipped immediately. After the call, I realized I hadn’t asked for written confirmation about the missing tools, but Northern Bolt fully kept their word. They followed up promptly and later sent the missing tools as promised. I’m very happy with their communication, honesty, and customer service. Northern Bolt and Tools handled the situation professionally, and I will definitely continue buying my tools from them.

Bad support.
I won't say they are not trustworthy it just i bought a ticket for indiebos here in nelspruit. But I did not got my ticket but few of my friends did. So I thought I made a mistake on my email but when I try contacting them it keeps jumping Me to a email then a bot back to the email. When finally someone talk to me ask for some stuff in my side I send it and haven't heard of her again. I would like just need more things or just to let me know where I did wrong or something and I can't ask for a refund because don't have a ticket to use for a refund. I am getting scared now I bought it on Monday and the ticket is for Saturday.
