Disappointing service
After viewing a property we were really interested in, we told the agent immediately that we want to apply, she ignored us and its been a week later and seems that the property is taken. Absolutely disgusting service, can’t even communicate effectively and wasted our time. (Gordons Bay).

Very bad service
Very poor service at MRP Home in Somerset West. Wanted to buy a piece of furniture after a long day of wait and excitement, to then be told that the furniture “manager” does not want to assist and we should buy online, they do not assist in store. So then, if I may ask, why does Mrp Home have an in store furniture section. I assume this was due to the fact that it was almost closing time and they simply did not want to assist. Very poor service, will rather spend my money elsewhere, that would actually appreciate it. Also the pricing differs from in store and online, In store the red tag says R9000 on the Morgan 3 seater cream, but the actual price tags says R8500, and online it’s R12000.? Very bad service, have had a few bad encounters with this specific branch.

WORST SERVICE EVER
I am absolutely livid. Around this time last year, I app**** for an apple watch contract and got approved, I received the watch, but realised that it is not the product that I want. I then struggled for a month to cancel my contract and to which it had to take me to leave a review on hellopeter for someone to assist me in cancelling my contract. However, I have been notified that my account still shows OPEN on my ITC account , after a year of the contract being cancelled and also shows I am in the negative with vodacom, there is no balance to be paid, but it is currently blocking me from obtaining a phone contract. Absolutely the worst service there ever is. Please sort this out ASAP. I want this cleared from my name.
