MyTrip was able to rebook my ticket without any additional charge, and I was happy with the final outcome. However, I had to speak with three different agents before reaching the right one who could actually help me. It shouldn’t have to be this difficult. Imagine if I had just paid right away without questioning it — I would’ve lost money for something that wasn’t right.
I paid R2,800 for a “flexible ticket”, expecting that changes would be free if my plans shifted. Unfortunately, when I needed to rebook, I was still asked to pay extra. Kaak company!
I initially signed up with Ignite Fitness on a monthly contract for a year, which I agreed to and was fine with. What I didn’t realize was that there was fine print saying the contract would automatically renew — I only found out after I was charged again. I contacted them immediately to cancel, but they didn’t act on it. I had to exchange messages with them for a while, and it honestly felt like I was being ignored. I even ended up practically begging them to stop charging me. Despite all of that, they continued to bill me and eventually sent my account to collections. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The communication was slow and unhelpful, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. Be very careful if you're considering joining — read everything thoroughly, and don’t count on support if something goes wrong. Still Getting SMS – They Owe Me, Not the Other Way Around!
