Vodacom has no intention of addressing the shortcomings in their service delivery. Complaint after complaint is neglected. The call center advises one to get more complaints from the Olifantshoek community in order for them to take action. Certainly, their technology will show that zero calls are being processed through the local Olifantshoek tower. They blame Eskom and Telkom for their problems... My advice is to rather go MTN if you live in Olifantshoek.
I have been working with TWF as service provider in the hospitality industry for many years. Forever it has been a struggle to get paid on time. The agreement is 30 days. TWF however extend this to 90 days plus. You will seldom be paid more than 30% of outstanding money's.. I see Christiaan's name being mentioned in other reviews. Christiaan has not once answered any of my E mails. TWF is again late, more than 60 days of statement, on my payment. Promises of payment does not materialize. Emails are not rep**** to... It seems as if staff are encouraged to perform payment as late as possible. I would appreciate a value statement from TWF.
Geluksdam Guest House has previously posted a review for Kenrose Travels Kimberley. They provided us with a false proof of payment. They have since rectified and paid us in full. I would prefer to remove the review. However, I do not find a way to remove posts of the past. They have seemingly de registered the business. But I am not sure...
Kenrose Travels Kimberley. By name of Cheswin Maketlo books with Guesthouses and does not pay. R130 000.00 ***** against Geluksdam Guest House of Olifantshoek. Booked for Department Education and training. It seems his Brother does the bookings for the Department.
