The staff of Supaquick are welcoming and professional. It took them 50 minutes to put on my two brand new tyres(which I bought from them), do wheel balancing and alignment. Their service is excellent from administrator ( Julia) to technician (Jimmy). Unfortunately I do not know the names of the rest of the technical team.
I was in an accident with a PSG insure client on 2 March 2025 and it was her fault. I claimed through PSG insure and I was made to send requested documents multiple times. I was sent communication by three entities: PSG insure, CLC customer loyalty consultants and Hollard insurance. This matter has dragged on and I was finally told on 22 May 2025 that PSG would pay for my car repairs at a much lower rate than my cheapest quote. I have yet to receive the money. Today (8 July 2025) by CLC that PSG is looking for me to confirm my bank details. I had sent my bank details to them 2 months ago. I sent my my bank details again and was told by CLC (Lana van Der Berg) that I HAVE to speak to PSG directly. I can't believe that this is an acceptable way of doing business. I would NOT recommend that anyone for business with PSG and it's affiliates.
