Dear Suzuki Bassonia, I just wanted to take a moment to send a very heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in the process of helping me purchase my new car. Getting a new vehicle is a big moment in anyone’s life, and for me, it was filled with a mixture of excitement, uncer*****y, and — at first — a bit of frustration.
