We had an accident with our work bakkie on 21st May and submitted our claim shortly after. By the end of May, all required documentation had been completed and submitted. We were told the payout would be processed, but instead we were informed that their system had crashed and payments could not be made. It’s now October, and we are still waiting for our bakkie to be repaired. The delay has severely impacted our operations, and the lack of contingency planning is disappointing. We understand technical issues happen, but this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.
