Unfortunately this is not the positive review I was hoping to bring as an update. I got a call from Restonic on the 22/01/2026, informing me that my complaint was seen and that I would be assisted with getting a new mattress to replace the sagging one I STILL CURRENTLY HAVE. I was told that my request would be approved for a new mattress and that I should expect a call from OK Furniture (where l bought the bed) by 28/01/2026. I did not receive such communication from the store so l decided to go to the store to check what as happening on 31/01/2026, where I was told that they could not give me a new mattress because Restonic has not approved anything regarding my complaint. It’s unfortunate that we have to resort to such measures to get assistance for basic customer service. I am still stuck with a sagging bed and no communication whatsoever from Restonic.
I bought a restonic queen sized bed (Restonic Vegas 152cm base set) on 02 May 2025 from OK furnitures, by September one side of the bed was already sagging (I believe I was sold a defective bed), when I went to the store to lodge a complaint l was asked to send pictures which I did and was told that the bed isn’t sagging. They did not even send someone to physical come and inspect the bed and see that it was in fact sagging. I was told to “turn the mattress upside down”, which lets me know that even they don’t know the products they are selling to us because that mattress isn’t one that can be turned up side down. I am now sitting with a defective and sagging bed.
I need you guys to work on your delivery schedule and communication. I ordered some wigs on 18 July 2025 and too date l have not received a tracking number or any communication from them despite their website saying delivery takes 2-5 days. It’s been over 2 weeks now.
Such horrible customer service. I ordered a wig from Avum on the 14 June 2025. On the app you are suppose to receive a tracking number 3 days after payment. Unfortunately to date I am still waiting for a tracking number. I have reached out to them countless time over email and have gotten no correspondence from them. I am beyond frustrated that I have been waiting for an order that was said to ship out in three days for over 3 weeks now. The fact that the number listed on the app is not working is also unacceptable because who do we reach out to when we have complaints like this.
I have never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism. I placed an order using the pick n pay asap app at 16:45 pm which was scheduled for delivery between 17:30-18:00. At 18:00pm the app indicated that my order was delayed because there were no drivers available. I then proceeded to call customer service at 19:00 and spoke to an agent was not helpful at all. She kept me on the line longer than I should have been because her system was rebooting, she then said to hang up and she'll call me back, which she never did. I then proceeded to call the store Pick n Pay Vryburg, where I was told by a very rude lady that the store was closed and I would have to wait till the next day at 7am to receive my order. Upon my refusal to accept what she was saying she gave the phone to one of the asap drivers, who was easily the rudest person I have ever spoken to (he refused to give me his name), who told me (very rudely and arrogantly so) that there was nothing he could do because the store is closed. I called customer services again because the first person I spoke to was of no help and she didn't even call me back. The second lady was not very helpful at as well. I am highly disappointed that a service marketed as "asap delivery" would provide such unsatisfactory service. The y had the nerve to say refunds takes 3-5 working days as though I am to blame for their poor service. Having to wait over 2 hours for a delivery is crazy business and to be met by rude and unprofessional staff is even crazier business. I will be deleting that app as soon as my money is refunded to my account and will not be setting foot in pick n pay anytime soon.
