Worse service
I was not working and informed them I wasn't working we made arrangements that I will have to pay 1820 so that they don't handover my account they debited 2 times in one month second debit was not authorized but they went through my account and they are covering for their colleagues I spoke to Michelle worse human on earth

We haven't had internet for 3days now but my account is up to date, issue was reported 2days back around 12 but still no progress, what are we paying for exactly
