I didn't even have to read the reviews to relate. The lack of communication from this company is worrying. I placed an order as my mobile device broke To date I've heard nothing but a debit order has been set up with my bank, like guys what's going on??? My efforts to the call centre are all in vein, shame my poor airtime, if I dare had the same attitude given the field of trade I work in (customer service). Why is everyone so non-chalant as if you doing the customer a favour by answering the phone - please hire better quality control, things cannot carry on like this. Your agents lack empathy, and product knowledge. Also if you not being put on hold after ID&V the phone is being dropped in your ear with no call back. I hope this is looked into and that a blind eye isn't turned.
In all honesty, I think the staff are exhausted and overworked, while a lot of people tend to see the bad and only point out the bad, especially when it comes to patient treatment. The staff are doing their best to assist everyone. I sat in the emergency room from 12pm to 6pm on Monday. While sitting there, I realised the doctors, sisters, and clerks were up and down with no time to speak, each time a much more severe or serious trauma came in. I thought to myself how long they had already been working before I arrived and how much longer they would still have to be there when I left. I truly appreciate the effort and time they put in to assist, and although it may seem as if they are having conversations, they are actually just trying to work out how to go about helping patients and making everyone a priority. I speak for myself and my own personal experience when saying this, as I've been a patient since 2022 and my own experience has taught me patience.
