To Jaden and the team, you guys are really a blessing, nothing brings peace more than having an inspector who is for a consumer all the way, ensuring one buys into a transparent product, I booked you guys just before you closed for the holidays but with that request you were able to accommodate my request, and ensured I buy into something I know what to expect. You’ve saved me a lot of money and I’ll always be greatful. South Africans are in safe hands with you.🙏
Had leased a polo at the Braamfontein branch on the 4th of July and during the inspection it had scratches that I enquired about from the guy who was assisting me, He then said they were cosmetic scratches that I should not worry about..fast forward 9th July during the inspection when I was returning the car to them 😡 did they not tell me the scratches were new.. Asked for the guy who assisted initially, He decided to say he doesn’t remember saying they are cosmetic , in the presence of the manager (Nosipho).. They then told me to write a statement in which I did .. Today I called to enquire about my refund, Its only then I got to be told that I am being charged for a scratch that I had been there when I took the car.. I then Called Nosipho the Braamfontein branch manager who pretended as if she was not aware of what I was talking about.. Who later said she sees nothing on her system about the scratch claim..she then said she needed to gather some information about it and she will call back after two hours , that was around 13:00 , It’s now 16:00 she has not communicated.. I want my full refund .. I will not be taken for a ride by people who are pushing their own ******* agenda’s
