I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received. I managed to get a paid-up letter for one of my loans, but every time I try to request the paid-up letters for my other accounts, I get no response at all. I have sent multiple emails, but the email system is completely useless — nobody replies or even acknowledges my requests. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important financial documents. I expect proper customer service and timely responses, not silence and constant follow-ups that go nowhere. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a wake-up call for the company to fix their broken customer service and email system.
