Excellent service
Excellent service, product range and pricing from Arctic Breeze Air conditioners. Good communication, from Mahmood. Great advise on which model I should choose. The installation team was on-time and did an excellent neat job. Thank you

Makro "failed" OZOW payment, but money taken from my account
I tried to order an outdoor table and plastic chairs from Makro online. I used OZOW to make the payment... the payment went off my FNB account, but on the screen appears "oops something went wrong", could not return back to merchant. I see my cart says "waiting for payment", but the funds went off my account -R2443.00. I immediately contacted the call centre, and emailed them the Proof of payment. They said they would escalate to finance.... well 5 days later still no repsonse from Makro finance dept. Ive phoned in daily, all the call centre people can tell you " we have escalated it to finance dept". Please Makro, give me the contact number or email address of your finance department, so that my payment can be located. This is pityful.
