Excellent service, product range and pricing from Arctic Breeze Air conditioners. Good communication, from Mahmood. Great advise on which model I should choose. The installation team was on-time and did an excellent neat job. Thank you

I contacted Artic Breez KZN to inspect an air conditioner showing an FO fault. They demanded R450 upfront, which I paid. The technician onsite claimed—without proper testing—that both the motherboard and motor were faulty and needed replacement. He stated the motor was "running too hot." We used our thermal camera to verify this, and the motor measured only 49°C, which is well within normal range. They did not test the motor or motherboard. When asked what happens if their diagnosis is wrong, the technician vaguely said, "Then we’ll talk and see what we can do." This lack of technical skill and accountability is unacceptable. The owner said he will call us but never did. We called Dunair for a second opinion. They diagnosed the real issue: the unit just needed a gas refill—simple, quick, and affordable. Avoid Artic Breez KZN if you value accurate diagnostics, technical competence, and honesty.

I am so impressed with the efficient service I have received from Arctic Breeze Air conditioners, from my enquiry to receiving information, quotes, and the best prices. The installers arrived timeously, were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. I am thankful for the excellent business experience.

The service was good until your sub-contractor arrived at our home. They are totally disrespectful, have no idea of customer service, dirty clothing and shoes, arriving in a vehicle that does not appear to be road-worthy, and then having the audacity to subject us to their stinking attitude, to the extent that they were ordered to leave our property. You want to use sub-contractors - this is the price you pay, as it is a direct reflection on your brand and no excuse. We have since given the business to another supplier

An aircon unit was installed on 23/11/2018. The wiring does not comply to the SANS 10142 standards for electrical wiring. By law all electrical installations must comply to this standard for safety purposes. The cables used don't have enough current carrying capacity to handle the current being drawn by the aircon which creates a fire hazard. Other shortcuts were also taken during installation such as running the cables along the curtain rails without securing them. From the first day of use the aircon started leaking water inside the unit even when the aircon is off. The noise is loud enough to prevent sleep and the unit was installed in a bedroom. The owner of the company has been contacted frequently to fix this but no attempt has been made to solve the issue. http://arcticbreeze.co.za/contact-us.html
