Deducted after paying
I was one-day late on payment I made an eft payment via my capitec. But you still deducted the debit order on my bank. I tried reaching out since on the 2th of October on their support portal. I get no response. The is no number to call or email. What needs to b done.

Unsatisfied
I've app**** for the loan on Friday in the afternoon before 5pm. I accepted the debit order mandate on Saturday before 11am. i haven't received any funds till now on Sunday. This is my first time applying. How will I pay for what I haven't benefited? I'm not happy
