Incredibly disappointed. They told us they would install today after weeks of fighting for it to be sooner. Now today they said they can only do it the 2nd of February. I need to get my work done from home and can’t cause they are ***********.

I went the 3rd of August with my mother to tgv vodacom where we changed my contract details from her account to mine. I paid a transferring fee of R150 and then they said another 100 and odd rand would be added to my monthly payment just to have them take money from my moms account this month again? What did i pay for!why did i have to go through so much effort for nothing?
They have affordable plans, the agents are helpful and the app is easy to use.
