We signed up with Afrihost, who responded swiftly and professionally, but had to wait for Frogfoot to do the installation. It's been almost 4 weeks since we registered with Afrihost, but there is no response from Frogfoot. We're waiting for them to contact us, but they never do. When I did try to call them directly, after waiting 15 minutes for them to answer the call, I was told that all queries must go through Afrihost and they put the phone down in my ear. We can't work or do our online studies with no hope in sight that we will ever be contacted for installation to take place.
This little company is big on service. At this time of lockdown they are prepared to work with individuals, at their level of physical ability and according to what equipment you have at home, to tailor exercise programs to suit each individual. I'm so happy to be able to train at home with just a stretch band. Will done Zach and Steph.
A small business that is big on service. While on lockdown they have tailored specific exercise programs based on my physical ability, goals and equipment I have or don't have at home. They work out programs that vary each day whether I want to train 3 days a week or 5. I'm so happy to be able to have personal trainers while stuck at home. #SupportLocal
After a month (and they towed a car with only scratches on the bumper, to be kept in a yard somewhere) they now contact me to say the claim is approved. It will probably take more than a month to get it to their (only 1) approved panel beater. In the mean time, they don't care that I don't have transportation. Two months plus for a few scratches - I'm looking for a new insurance company.
3 times installation was booked. 3 no shows. The most confusing and conflicting communication one could ever experience. Countless promises to have the team manager contact me, WHICH THEY NEVER DO. A call from Vodacom to find out how the "SERVICE" is going, WHICH NEVER WAS INSTALLED followed by a team manager telling me that there is no fibre available in my area (while the previous tenant used Vodacom fibre - due to a monopoly of Vodacom in the estate I live in being our only option). This is the incompetent and confusing world of Vodacom fibre. NEVER EVER USE THEM.... unless, like me, you're forced to because THEY CONTROL the market, monopolizing in certain estates. I'm still waiting for the many, many, many operators I called to get back to me. How this company is still on business with this kind of service is a mystery.
I requested a relocation. At first they logged a termination order. 5 days later it was only changed to a relocation order. I receive confirmation that I will be contacted, but this never happens. |I receive an email that a relocation team is assigned and will contact me to make an installation appointment . THIS NEVER HAPPENS. A person is assigned to head this up and they promise he will contact me. I have never heard from him. I then receive an email stating that the status has been changed to PENDING. I asked (at the beginning of the month) for installation on the 28th of this month. I move in on the 27th, but receive an email with a sales order number stating that the installation has already taken place. obviously it hasn't. What on earth is going on with Vodacom? I was warned to avoid Vodacom at all costs because of this terrible service, but unfortunately at the moment there is no other option. The estate I'm in has only this one option. I have called the call center about 5 times. Every time they promise that they will call back, but don't. The last call I made they told me that I must wait until they contact me, but have no idea why it was changed to PENDING or why it was recorded as already installed.
I have 3 vehicles and a motorcycle insured with King Price. As times are changing, I decided to get an electric motorcycle. King Price refuse to insure the motorcycle. Their reason: We don't do it. Even at the expense of losing me as a client. There is no attempt to get ahead of the curve concerning the future of electric vehicle. Just a policy that says "We can't". How on earth do we expect to move forward when that is a company's attitude? It is no wonder other countries are miles ahead of us with regard to electric vehicles. Will no-one take some initiative and make something happen? Well, obviously, King Price won't.
