My veterinarian scheduled an appointment for my dog, but unfortunately, he became extremely ill. The afternoon before the appointment, I cancelled via WhatsApp. The next morning, I called to reschedule, but instead of helping, they insisted on sending an ambulance. While my dog was very sick, unable to stand, and vomiting, he was not on his deathbed and did not require emergency transport. The call ended there. Later, I was shocked to receive an email demanding urgent payment. I was blindsided for several reasons: The Cancellation Policy: I cancelled the day before, yet they app**** a "24-hour notice" clause strictly. Lack of Follow-up: They never contacted me to check why I missed the appointment, which I consider poor service. Upselling over Care: They insisted on an expensive ambulance service—with exorbitant costs due to the distance—instead of asking about his symptoms or simply postponing the visit. They eventually handed the matter over to a lawyer and attempted to issue a summons. Ultimately, I chose to pay their fee, the lawyer's fees, and the recovery costs, as this was cheaper than hiring my own attorney and far less stressful. The moral of the story: They are supposed to care for animals and accommodate unfortunate circumstances, not demand payment for services never rendered. This may not have happened to you yet, but I definitely do not recommend their services. Money is clearly their priority. While we all work for a living, I believe in honesty and flexibility—values I offer my own clients, but which were not extended to me. "DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED"
Horrible experience, very bad management rely only on laywers to avoid rectifing they incapacity to conduct proper business. We where introduced by a contractor and the Cape Town branch manager was very eager to do business, he made appointment to take measurements at our house, our nightmare was to beginning. Continue delay on the items as he was continuesly away to durban for work, and so our xmas was with dust of cement instead of sweets. He Measured completely wrong, forced to lift up our walls in order to fit in the doors since the glass cannot be cut it, damaging the roofing due the continues banging, currently is still fitted below pavement level and during rainy days allowing water inside the house. The other side is still not completely fitted and the glass was broken by they staff but they requested me to cut and pay for a new window glass instead of replacing since one of they staff got hurt in our premises ( young studend). Material is completely overpriced, quality to be disputed and items on display on they workshop do not match the ond supp****, key suppose to be Viro (italian brand) instead we received a Chinese one that is already rusted. We didn't ask who was gonna supp**** as we as a client we paid the company introduced by the contractor and we where guaranteed that the installation would have received the OUTMOST IMPORTANCE and supervision from the manager. Instead he blamed the contractors but no matter what still WRONG MEASUREMENTS, WRONG SUPPLY IF ITEMS ( CHEAP CHINESE) Total waste of our money, total unreliable as a timing and incapable tk take measurements. We STRONGLY do NOT RECOMMEND ALSYSCO to any one planning to have aluminium glass fitted
as a business we had an incident and the OUTSURANCE TEAM was INCREDABLE, they appointed the assessor immediately, SAME DAY! the process was very fast with continues update, in other words I Am very happy to be a customer of OUTsurance and can easily recommend them and they services. Keep the good work 10 out of 10!
